    This only covered busybox... thats okay though, I am sure they will just wait around until somebody asks for the source code to all the REST of the GPLed code they likely use which they aren't distributing...

    True. I also have no idea of the terms of the settlement. Generally SFLC demands the source be posted plus a monetary component to fund their operations. In bigger cases they've demanded a compliance officer be appointed and contact information be made public.

    Its possible that Extreme went the extra mile to post all of the GPLd source, not just busybox. Their engineering management has been completely turned over since this all happened.
